MOBY HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GOLD SEAL FOR THE QUALITY OF ITS ONBOARD SERVICE FOR THE THIRD YEAR RUNNING
THE COMPANY BELONGING TO THE ONORATO ARMATORI GROUP HAS RECEIVED ITS AWARD FROM THE GERMAN INSTITUTE OF QUALITY AND FINANCE

ships. These are the unique features that, once again this year and for the third year running,
helped Moby to receive the
Quality Seal, awarded by the prestigious German Institute of Quality and Finance.
Moby, which has conquered the top spot in the field of “Ferries and Ships” in Italy, was rated by its customers alongside 5 competing companies, and came top of the table with a score of approximately 76% (Service Experience Score, the trusted customer loyalty rating system used by the German Institute).
This means that nearly 8 out of 10 customers judged the quality of service offered by Moby to be very good and higher than the market average.
This prestigious Seal awarded by the German Institute of Quality and Finance has, for many years, been a guarantee of quality to Italian consumers and assures the success of the companies that receive it and is a seal that is only awarded to companies that can offer all-round satisfaction to its customers. This year the seal was awarded on the basis of 125.000 assessments and regarding 475 companies in 70 different economic fields.
A success that the Company with the Blue Whale once again achieved thanks to the quality of the numerous services it offers to its passengers: comfortable and well equipped cabins, shopping areas, show lounges, swimming pools, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias.
