CHECK-IN
Before boarding the ship (latest 30 minutes for passengers and 90 minutes for passengers travelling with vehicles), all passengers must check in. If the check in is not done in this requested time, we cannot guaranty the transportation.

VEHICLES
Vehicles can be parked on any of the vehicle decks. Vehicles that run on LPG must be specified in the booking and declared on boarding. The LPG tank must be half empty. Vehicle decks can only be accessed by the driver. Vehicle length is the full length including tow-bar and any other appendages. Campervans, caravans, SUVs and other vehicles taller than 220 cm must be specified in the booking.

Each passenger requiring special help or assistance in emergency situations must make the transport enterprise aware of this fact before embarkation.

PETS
The pets are not allowed in cabins. Dogs and cats must be inoculated (Inoculation passport necessary). Dogs must kept on a lead and must wear a muzzle on board and are not allowed inside of our ships, in cabins or lounges.

ticket

The ticket is issued under a name, is non-transferrable, and is valid for only those crossings specified on the ticket. The passenger is to keep the ticket and present it on request of an officer or a representative of the transport enterprise.

LOSS / THEFT
The booking office must be notified immediately of loss of a ticket or theft of a ticket.
