Modify your booking
If you have purchased a ticket for a MOBY departure from the online homepage of MOBY, you can make changes yourself in your personal online profile.
To make changes and for the access to your profile, a MOBY Card is necessary.
You do not have a MOBY Card yet? Just register here.
A ticket change online is possible up to 24 hours before your departure date. You can pay any additional costs with the following credit cards (also rechargeable or prepaid credit cards): Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.
After successful rebooking you will receive your new ticket in PDF form to your e-mail address given during the booking.

On the Moby and Tirrenia website, you can cancel your ticket directly online in three simple steps.
To do this, please have your booking details ready and follow the instructions to cancel your crossing.
Once you have confirmed your cancellation, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain the refund.
