Rules of validity

• The discount will be applied to the passenger tariff of one adult per ticket, nett of taxes, rights and competences.
• To obtain the discount the adult must book at the same time for at least one child of up to 11 years.
• The booking must be made on March 19, 2018 for MOBY or Tirrenia destinations from 19/03/2018 to 30/11/2018, subject to availability of places on the relevant dates.
• To activate the discount when booking you must enter the promotion code “ HAPPY”.
• The discount is applicable to 92% of departures.
• The discount will apply only to the purchase of MOBY or TIRRENIA tickets.
• The discount can only be used on tickets bearing a name.
• The discount will be applied exclusively to obtain a reduction on a new ticket, not on a modified one.
• The offer is not retroactive.
• If the children’s trip is cancelled the discount for the adult passenger is automatically cancelled.
• If the ticket is cancelled or modified, the discount code will no longer be valid.
• The discount can be combined with all MOBY or Tirrenia special offers, but not with other tickets, coupons or vouchers issued for other initiatives or with offers from other operators.
• If port staff find anomalies between the booking and those present for boarding, the discounted ticket will be cancelled and a new full price ticket must be purchased.
