What you should do if the ticket is lost or stolen
Keep your ticket in a safe place
Once you have received your ticket and checked the data it contains are correct, put it in a safe place.
Loss or theft of your ticket must be reported to our booking centre at the number +49 (0)611 14020.
A duplicate will be issued once the passenger’s identity has been ascertained through a valid identification document and after checking that the original ticket has not been used.
