Modify your booking

If you have purchased a ticket for a MOBY departure from the online homepage of MOBY, you can make changes yourself in your personal online profile.
To make changes and for the access to your profile, a MOBY Card is necessary.
You do not have a MOBY Card yet? Just register here.

A ticket change online is possible up to 24 hours before your departure date. You can pay any additional costs with the following credit cards (also rechargeable or prepaid credit cards): Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

Alternatively, you can also contact us by phone or e-mail. We're here to help. A rebooking can be made no later than 2 hours before departure, please note our operating hours.
You can change the travel date, the route, the departure time and the booked categories. There are rebooking and / or cancellation fees according to the General Conditions of Carriage.

After successful rebooking you will receive your new ticket in PDF form to your e-mail address given during the booking.

Please include the booking number, ticket number, authorization code and first and last name of the booking owner.

Please provide either a VISA / MASTERCARD number and expiration date or IBAN and BIC (for SEPA credit transfers only) for the reimbursement.
If you send us your request during our operating hours, you will receive a prompt response from us, stating the possible refund (depending on the tariff and route booked) and confirming the cancellation of the ticket.
