Modify your booking

If you have purchased a ticket for a MOBY departure from the online homepage of MOBY, you can make changes yourself in your personal online profile.
To make changes and for the access to your profile, a MOBY Card is necessary.
You do not have a MOBY Card yet? Just register here.

A ticket change online is possible up to 24 hours before your departure date. You can pay any additional costs with the following credit cards (also rechargeable or prepaid credit cards): Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

Alternatively, you can also contact us by e-mail. We're here to help. A rebooking can be made no later than 2 hours before departure, please note our operating hours.

After successful rebooking you will receive your new ticket in PDF form to your e-mail address given during the booking.


Cancel your booking online

On the Moby website you can cancel your ticket directly online in three easy steps.
Keep your booking details at hand and follow the instructions for cancelling your booking.

Before confirming your cancellation, you have the option of choosing from two possible alternatives:

  • 100% refund of the ticket in the form of a voucher that can be used until 31.12.2021 for departures of the original carrier;
  • Cancellation and refund less the cancellation fees according to the General Conditions of Carriage.
