MAXIMUM TARIFFS ARISING FROM PUBLIC SERVICE OBLIGATIONS

Listed below are the maximum rates applicable to users, as stipulated in the concession agreement for the public maritime transport service for passengers, vehicles, and cargo on the Genoa–Porto Torres route (and vice versa)—a route subject to public service obligations within the framework of maritime territorial continuity.

These maximum rates apply to maritime transport services for passengers, vehicles, and cargo on the Genoa–Porto Torres route (and vice versa)—operated under a public service regime—specifically for departures taking place between January and May and between October and December.

Rates are per person or per vehicle, per leg of the journey; regarding passenger fares, the cost of any chosen accommodation must be added to the "deck passage" fare.

For campers, minibuses, trailers, coaches, commercial vehicles (loaded or empty), and similar vehicles, rates are per leg of the journey and per linear meter occupied (fractions of 25 cm or greater are rounded up to the next half-meter; fractions of less than 25 cm are rounded down to the previous half-meter).

The indicated rates—which are all-inclusive of additional ancillary charges—exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) and port fees payable to the competent authorities.

"High season" is defined as the following periods: from December 19 to January 7, and from the Wednesday before Easter to the Tuesday following Easter.

"Low season" is defined as all periods not included in the high season.
