Rules of validity

For each change of the date, the route, the number of passengers and the departure time € 15.00 change fees will be charged (in addition to the payment of any price differences). These changes must be noted on the ticket;
Any price differences and changes in the number of passengers, vehicles transported, vehicle categories and accommodation will be reimbursed with the following fees: 10% if they are made more than 30 days before departure; 20% if it is done more than 10 days before departure; no refund if less than 9 days before departure;
Cancellation of the ticket is subject to the following fees: 10% to 30 days before departure, 20% from 29 days to 7 days before departure, 50% from 6 days to 48 hours before departure. No refund if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before departure and no-show;
For tickets purchased on the day of departure, the cancellation fee is 100%;
Surcharges and other costs are never refundable.
If employees find irregularities in the reservation or incorrect information on the ticket during check-in, a penalty payment is due, which generally corresponds to the maximum tariffs in our price list.
