Rules of validity

• Reservation changes up to the day before the booked departure:
  1) If the date, route or departure time of the crossing is changed, no amendment fee will be charged if the ticket value of the new
  tickets are the same or higher than the previous one. Is the new ticket value less, a fee equal to 10% of the total old Ticket value raised;
  2)If the type of accommodation, the number of passengers or the vehicles changed, amendment fee will be charged if the ticket value of the new ticket is equal to or higher than the previous one. If the number of passengers and / or vehicles is partially changed, there will be a 10% charge on the canceled tariff Accommodation, passengers and / or vehicles excluded reservation fees charged;
• For all changes that are ordered on the day of departure, there are 25% fees;
• The cancellation of the ticket is subject to the following fees: 10% for cancellations that are requested up to the day before the ship's departure and 25% for cancellations that are requested on the day of the ship's departure and in any case before the ship's departure;
• If employees find irregularities in the reservation or incorrect information on the ticket at check-in, a penalty payment is due, which generally corresponds to the maximum tariffs in our price list.
