How to apply the offer

The offer is visible throughout the booking process and does not require the entry of a discount code.

On the offer calendar page, you can see the days when the offer is available by selecting the filter on the left, as shown in the image below.

 

During the booking process, if the offer has been applied, it will be displayed in the booking summary on the right hand side of the page.

 

Rules of validity

• The promotion is valid for one adult passenger and one accompanying car up to a length of 5 m and a height of 2.20 m (cat. 1/2/3) or moto;
• Valid for bookings made until 12/08/2024 for departures from 08/01/2024 to 30/09/2024 on the LIVORNO-OLBIA-LIVORNO route, subject to availability of spaces allocated to the promotion on the dates provided;
• The offer is non-refundable, even partially. Cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation fee equal to the total amount paid;
• A fee of €25.00 per leg will be charged for each change of booking (including a name change), in addition to any fare differences from the current daily fare;
• Additional passengers and accommodation (cabins/seats) can be booked at the regular fare;
• The offer is not valid retroactively and cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers;
• The offer cannot be combined with resident tariff;
• If the adult passenger or car is cancelled, the discount will also be automatically forfeited and the current day fare available at the time of the change will be applied;
• When taking advantage of a promotion for which an accompanying vehicle is a prerequisite, embarkation staff will ensure that this vehicle is actually being carried. If it is discovered at embarkation that there is no car/moto or that the vehicle is not a category 1 to 3 car but a special vehicle, the difference between the special fare and the current normal fare will be subsequently locally charged, plus a handling fee;
• Should staff at check-in find irregularities in the reservation or incorrect information on the ticket, a subsequent charge will be made and a penalty fee up to the maximum ferry fare will be due. Penalty charges are generally the highest fare on our price list.
