The indication of email, name and surname is necessary for registration, further data may be required for further specific management. In the case of registration with an Apple or Google account, the third-party operator of these accounts will transmit the minimum data required for registration to the data controller. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and the performance of the contract (Art.6, para.1, letter b) of the GDPR). The provision of Data for registration to the portal is mandatory in order to use the services of the personal area. We inform you that your data will be kept as long as you are interested in remaining registered on our portal. Your Data may be communicated to internal staff and to service providers that our Company relies on for the correct fulfilment of the purposes of this information notice. You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller access to your personal data and the rectification or deletion thereof or the restriction of the processing thereof or to object to the processing, i.e. the right to portability (Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR). You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@moby.it. Finally, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if you consider that the processing concerning you violates the GDPR, or to take appropriate legal action.
